-Bookings of less than 1 week will incur a cleaning fee of $85.
-Non refundable booking deposit of $175 per week. (Submit through Paypal.)
-Full payment required 8 weeks prior to arrival together with $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT.
